Wave Soldering Machines
EPS wave soldering machines from table-top to 600 mm boards, with spray fluxing and solder dross recovery.
How to choose
- 01
Board width first: 180 mm table-top, 300 mm floor-standing, or 350, 460 and 600 mm for large boards and pallets.
- 02
Single wave suits leaded through-hole work; choose the dual wave (turbulent chip wave plus laminar wave) when SMD parts sit on the solder side.
- 03
Every machine runs leaded or lead-free solder in a stainless steel pot; say which so the preheat and pot are set up for it.
- 04
Table-top for batches and prototypes; floor-standing with a titanium finger conveyor for continuous lines.
- 05
Foam fluxer is standard and the spray fluxer an upgrade; the dross recovery machine pays back on busy lines.
