Selective conformal coating machine, XYZ robot, 430 × 430 mm boards

EPS eazycoat: a selective conformal coating and dispensing machine for medium and low volume PCB production where accuracy and repeatability matter. A 3-axis platform (stepper motors with ball screws, 25 µm resolution, 350 mm/s) carries any two of three valve types, a circular spray valve, a needle dispense valve and a film-coating valve, over a 430 × 430 mm coating area with 100 mm clearance for bottom-side components.
