Wave soldering machine for through-hole PCB assembly on boards and pallets up to 600 mm (24 in) wide, supplied as the 24FS single-wave or 24FD dual-wave machine. Self-contained fluxing, preheating and solder-wave modules; 600 kg (1325 lb) solder pot at 9.5 kW; stainless steel foam fluxer; computer control with 10 program memory, RS232 and SPC data logging. Runs leaded or lead-free solder and VOC-free fluxes.
